At the northern end of the sunny barrier islands that stretch 28 miles along the Tampa Bay Area's Gulf shore, the beach town of Clearwater attracts beach lovers and families to its sugary sands. Clearwater Beach is rated the number one community beach along Florida's Suncoast. Clearwater Beach

On Clearwater Beach you will find Pier 60 where you will find a world class sunset watching spot along entertainment with street performers doing magic, juggling, musical and dance acts. In addition, on the pier itself, is a nightly arts and crafts display where you can see and purchase homemade items created by local artisans such as jewelry, candles, and other unique gifts.

Clearwater Beach is located at 27.57 N and longitude 82.48 W and stretches 2.5 miles along the Gulf of Mexico and is served by the Jolley Trolley offering transportation to tourists and beach goers on an hourly basis.

The Beach is open to the public daily with Beach Life Guards on duty from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with beach activitiesthat include swimming, volleyball, Pier 60 fishing pier.

Beach facilities include beach showers, restrooms, concessions, cabanas, umbrella rentals, and metered parking.
